We mainly work with Rimor, a well known brand within the motorhome sector due to the their vehicles´safety as well as the Italian touch in their interior designs.

In terms of speed, motorhomes weighing up to 3,500 kg can circulate, just like cars, at a maximum of 120 km/h on highways and 90 km/h on conventional roads. On conventional roads with physical separation of the two directions of traffic, the owner of the road may set a maximum limit of 100 km/h for cars and motorhomes with a maximum authorized mass equal to or less than 3,500 kg.

Both heating and hot water in our motorhomes work with gas bottles. It has the advantage that we do not need to have the vehicle on to enjoy a warm shower. In all rentals we include at least one gas bottle.

All our motorhomes are less than 3 years old. We renew our fleet constantly so that you will get the most recent motorhome models.

All our motorhomes run on diesel. The engine is Fiat, Renault or Ford with powers ranging from 120 hp to 170 hp.

It is fundamental to return the motorhome clean; failure to do so can lead to a penalty of up to €150.

You will pick up the motorhome with a fuel tank full and you will have to return it full as well; failure to do so can lead to a penalty of up to €100.

Once our team has checked the motorhome and if there is no damage, it will take between 10-15 business days to return the deposit.

In Topcaravaning, we are totally transparent and there is no hidden cost. We do not charge any service fee or vehicle preparation fee. If you request any additional service, it will clearly appear in the rental summary.

There is 30€/hour fee for delay returns. 

When you travel in a motorhome, you may cover many kilometers in a short period of time. In Topcaravaning we want everyone to be able to enjoy the trip, in the safest way, so you can add as many additional drivers as you need during your trip completely FREE of charge.

In Topcaravaning, a TOP insurance is included with every reservation: full comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 900€ per claim that will cover damage to third parties, as well as windows and skylights.

The full comprehensive insurance with 750€ of deductible means that the insured (in this case the driver) is responsible for part of the motorhome damages in the event of an accident up to 600€. As an example, if the estimate to fix the damages is 800€, the driver pays 750€ and the insurance company will be responsible for the remaining 50€.

You will be given the option to provide your flight details when making the reservation, therefore our staff will be able to check if your flight is delayed. As soon as possible, please reach out to us so we can offer you the best solution.

We will need a valid ID Card and Driving License of the person making the reservation as well as a valid ID card and Driving License of any aditional driver.

The minimum rental age is 25 years old.

It is needed just the regular car Driver License and at least 2 years of experience.

We really take care of our motorhomes and we want to offer best class service. This is why we need at least 24 hours to prepare the vehicle for you.

At the time of making the reservation you must pay 30% of the value of the reservation. The remaining payment will be charged in your credit card 15 days before your arrival.

The minimum rental per season is 3 days in low season, 5 days in mid season and 7 days in high season.

Before picking up the vehicle you will have to make a payment of 900€ for the value of the deposit by credit or debit card. Cash payments will NOT be accepted. This deposit includes full comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 900€ per claim.

Be calm! Driving a motorhome does not require great skills and our first advice is to relax and enjoy the trip!

You have to keep in mind the height since these vehicles usually measure approximately 3 meters, pay special attention to car parks, tree branches, bridges... Remember, the rear axle at the end of the vehicle is also somewhat larger than in a car.

Leave everything securely fastened before starting to move, any unexpected braking or turning can cause the elements inside to tip over. Watch out for the wind! Take a good grip on the steering wheel and reduce speed as the wind makes driving more unstable.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome. Failure to do so will lead to an extra 300€ cleaning fee.

There is a fee of 250€ if documents or keys are lost.

If it is a mechanical problem, you can reach out the 24-hour road assistance service, which will send you to the official workshop. If the problem has to do with the main cabin, contact us.

Yes, but this service will only be offered on demand.

Gray water are coming from the shower, sink or washbasin and are stored in a special tank in the motorhome, normally with a capacity of 100 litres. They are emptied through a tap or valve and the most comfortable and hygienic way to do it is to unload them pointing towards the grate of a drain enabled in campsites and motorhome areas.

Black waters are those coming from the WC, which go to a particular tank of the motorhome. In accordance with the regulations, these waters must be emptied on authorized sites such as service areas or campsites.
